~ Every precaution has been taken to see that your new puppy is personable and in excellent health as I want you to be completely satisfied with your selection. I highly recommend that you have your puppy examined by your licensed veterinarian with in 5 days of adoption, so puppy must be seen by a veterinarian no later than_____________ to ensure that the puppy is in good health. In the event that your veterinarian is not satisfied with the puppy’s condition, a written assessment from your veterinarian must be furnished. We will replace the puppy at the earliest date available with a puppy of equal value and quality. No guarantee is made as to the disposition, size, conformation, or testicles on male. I will not be liable for any expense incurred by buyer for veterinarian bills.

~ This puppy was checked by my veterinarian on _____________ He / She was given a clean bill of health and has received their first set of shots and deworm.
~ This health guarantee is in affect for 1 (one) year from the date of birth, for life threatening congenital birth defects ONLY, such as heart, lung, kidney, and liver defects if documented by a licensed veterinarian within 1 (one) year from the date of puppy’s birth.
~ We do not guarantee the coloring, temperament, size, coat, personality, conformation, testicles on males, upright/prick ears, or breeding capabilities of the puppy.
~ This guarantee does NOT COVER any problems associated with Luxating Patellas (sliding kneecaps) undescended testicles in males, under/overbite of the teeth, hernias, open fontanels, cherry eyes, dry eyes, aseptic necrosis, parasite, or any other condition that is NOT a life-threatening congenital birth defect. You will be informed at the time of adoption if we are aware or any of these conditions.
~ We do NOT cover HYPOGLYCEMIA, low blood sugar, because this can be triggered from the stress of a new environment. Small breed puppies can be easily susceptible to this. Please take time to read the article on our website.
~ The buyer agrees to NOT allow said puppy outside until all shots have been completed!
~ The buyer agrees to keep puppy up to date on all vaccinations.
~ We do not cover your expense. After this puppy leaves our home, the buyer is responsible for ALL VET BILLS, including but not limited to, physicals, vaccinations, medications, blood tests, x-rays, ultrasounds, surgeries, autopsies, boarding, grooming, etc. The buyer must pay these bills no matter what the circumstances are. WE DO NOT COVER YOUR EXPENSES!
~ If at any point of time buyer decides they can no longer care for said puppy / dog, breeder must be notified and be given 1st option to have said puppy / dog at no cost. Said puppy/dog MUST NOT be resold, be place in a shelters or humane society at any point in time.

~ The Merle Gene~
A Merle is a Gene that dilutes the black on Pomeranian's in irregular patches all over the body. The patches vary in size from small, medium and large. Sometimes you will get a Litter of puppies that are hard to determine if they are a Merle.
These are called Merle Factored which means they can produce Merle offspring.
Merle & Merle Factored Puppies should NEVER be Bred o any of the following Colors.
- Red
- Orange
- Cream
- White
-Sable
By signing this contract you agree to follow said guidelines.
The only Color's that you should consider breeding to Merle's are the following Colors;
- Black
- Chocolate
- Blue
- Black & Tan
- Chocolate & Tan
- Black Parti-Color or Tri-Color
- Chocolate Parti or Tri Color
- Blue & Tan
You ONLY NEED ONE Merle to produce a Merle Dominant.
This also means ONE PARENT MUST BE A MERLE to produce Merle Puppies.
Pleas Note; YOU SHOULD NEVER BREED MERLE TO MERLE! This combination is EXTREMELY lethal because a Merle is NOT a Color but a Gene and is VERY dominant at that.
Merle to Merle Breeding can result in deafness, blindness, deformed and even dead puppies!
